Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Elle Boutique! We’re excited to get your order to you.

All orders are shipped via UPS and include a tracking number once your package has been processed.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
• Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are unable to take responsibility for the shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, Elle Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and reaching out to UPS directly for any delivery-related concerns.
